HOW IT WORKS

Our order process is designed to be user friendly! We have outlined the process below:

STEP 1 – CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN

Pick out your favorite from our range of designs. Or select the design your own option then describe the hero that you would like and we will draw you or your child as the hero you requested. Then select the size of canvas, blanket or shower curtain you would like your design printed on. You can also select to just receive a digital copy as well. If you would like your design printed on another object, send us at email at support@turnedsuper.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Next, upload your photo using the guidelines listed below. Specify in the description if you would us to sign you or your child's name at the bottom of the portrait. 

STEP 2 - CUSTOM ART CREATION

Our artists take over now and your uploaded images transfer onto their desk. A lot of care, love and genius goes in at this stage. Each design produced is unique and one of a kind. We use advanced design and IT skills to transform your photo into the art you see. Please note, we do not paint. All our artwork is digitally remastered and printed on canvas, blanket or shower curtain.

Our team reviews each Turned Super design, to make sure it looks perfect. Then, we send the proof via email to you to make sure that you think it looks perfect as well. We offer unlimited revisions!

STEP 3 – PORTRAIT FINALIZATION

We are ready to print, package and ship at this stage. 

Your final design is now printed onto your chosen canvas size, blanket or curtain. A final inspection happens to make sure everything looks perfect before its packaged. And now its ready to head to its new home. We will let you know as soon it's dispatched and send over the tracking number.

IMPORTANT PHOTO GUIDELINES - PHOTO TIPS FROM OUR EXPERTS!

This bit is important, please take some time to go through. We use the exact photos you provide to create the canvases.

Please make sure the angle is appropriate for the chosen template and that you are satisfied with the quality of the photo you use. Image quality dictates what we can do with your artwork. We can remove things such as red eye but we cannot close an open mouth. We feel that smiles work best but any facial expression can be worked with. Any photos that do not follow our guidelines may not produce the desired results. If this is the case, we cannot offer any replacements so please make sure you take a good photo. 

All examples on Turned Super result from high quality photos. If your photo does not meet the guidelines, we will still try our best and create a quality canvas, blanket or curtain. 

• Ensure good lighting, outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos
  
  
• Get down to eye level with your child before taking photo
  
  
• Try to capture an image with your child looking away slightly
  
  
• Get a closeup shot so we can capture some unique features of your child
  
  
• Do not upload blurred photos
  
  
• Bad lighting makes it difficult to distinguish features
